Please note: The steps below are for home loans opened in 2016 and after, and exclude HELOC payments.
MAKE A PAYMENT VIA OUR MOBILE APP
Log in to our mobile banking app and select your mortgage loan from the Accountsscreen.
You will receive a message stating “Transactions for this account are available on our secure partner site.” Tap on “View Your Home Loan” below this message.
Tap the menu icon on the top right of the screen and click on Payments then Payment Options.
Select either Auto Pay for a one-time payment or Recurring Draft to set up recurring payments.
Review your information and tap Approve if everything looks correct.
Fill out the required information on the subsequent page. You will need to enter the following:
Account Type
Routing number
Checking/Savings Account Number
Additional Principal Amount
Next Draft Date
Tap Next.
Review your information on the Transaction Review/Authorization page. Tap Edit to make changes, or tap Submit if everything is correct.
MAKE A PAYMENT FROM YOUR COMPUTER IN ONLINE BANKING
Log in to online banking and select your mortgage loan.
You will receive a message stating “Transactions for this account are available on our secure partner site.” Click on “View Your Home Loan” below this message.
Locate the menu bar at the top of the screen and click on Payments then Payment Options.
Select either Auto Pay for a one-time payment or Recurring Draft to set up recurring payments.
Review your information and click Approve if everything looks correct.
Fill out the required information on the subsequent page. You will need to enter the following:
Account Type
Routing number
Checking/Savings Account Number
Additional Principal Amount
Next Draft Date
Click Next.
Review your information on the Transaction Review/Authorization page. Click Editto make changes, or click Submit if everything is correct.
